Suwanee, Georgia is one of those great little towns that keep getting better. It has everything someone looking for a good place to live would want including excellent schools, some of the best parks in the state, great dining and shopping, and very affordable housing. This mostly middle class suburb of Atlanta is close to many jobs and offers great opportunities for those that own their own business. Only a few minutes from Suwanee is Lake Lanier and not far past the lake is the North Georgia Mountains where you can hike, camp, and enjoy wildlife. One of the most interesting and fun areas of Suwanee is the Suwanee Town Park where you can play in the fountain, eat great food, shop in one of a kind shops, attend events like the Suwanee Festival of Books and the Dog Festival, watch plays, and listen to live music. You can even live close enough to walk to the park in one of the many townhouses that surround the greenspace. If you’re looking for a more traditional neighborhood consider Edgewater off of Collins Hill Rd.

Suwanee constantly wins awards and receives recognition as being a great place to live like Money Magazine’s Best Places to Live list. There are a variety of fine homes, townhomes, and even apartments for you to choose from. Everything you could ever want is in Suwanee.
