Do you love being outdoors? If so, head to Georgia for a canoe or kayak trip down the Okefenokee Swamp where you can spot gators in the water or wildlife on its banks. By travelling north, hiking enthusiast will love the awe-inspiring flora and fauna while trekking the Appalachian Trail. Or, maybe you prefer flowers. If so, go west to Callaway Gardens in LaGrange. Callaway Gardens is a delightful haven for plant lovers. With its 14,000 acres of lakes, wooded trails, flowering trees and plants, you will be astounded at this beautiful environment.

Here you will enjoy the numerous coastal locations like Tybee, St. Simons, or Jekyll Island. The Georgia coastline is unlike any other, as it is made up entirely of islands. Many of the islands remain predominately undeveloped and as wild as when they were discovered in the 1500's.

For an urban adventure, you will be thrilled by the sights and sounds of the city of Atlanta.This is a city that always has something happening. Whether touring the World of Coke Museum, eating a hot dog while watching the Atlanta Braves play at Turner Field, or taking a leisurely stroll in Centennial Park, there is much to see and do. If you are a patron of the Arts, then you can spend a day viewing the works displayed at the High Museum of Art, followed by an evening enjoying the renown Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. For those who love to learn, be sure to visit the Fernbank Museum of Natural History or go to SciTrek. If you love history, then no trip is complete without a visit to Stone Mountain Park, the world's largest visible granite mountain.
